This time I work for a Keller Williams brokerage. I much prefer the let’s sit down and talk about real shit and actually get to know and connect with each other agent. Nobody wants to get those sales calls and I certainly don’t want to make them. I’ll never be the three-hours of timeblocked phone calls real estate agent. But maybe I just want to be the real estate agent that can pay her bills and enjoy the way she builds her business.
